Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health or healthcare administration
- Valid California Public Health Certificate (CPH) or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Demonstrated experience in emergency preparedness and response
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours during public health emergencies
