Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health outreach programs targeting underserved populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health trends and risks
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for health crises
- Collaborate with community organizations on health education initiatives
- Manage grant-funded health projects and reporting requirements
- Conduct health assessments and policy recommendations
- Train healthcare professionals on public health best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Advanced data analysis skills with SPSS/R/Python
- Strong grant writing and budget management abilities
- Experience with community coalition building
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required
