Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate public health education campaigns targeting vulnerable populations
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and disease outbreak investigations
- Manage immunization programs and health screening initiatives
- Analyze community health data to identify emerging health trends
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Ensure compliance with federal/state health regulations and reporting requirements
- Lead emergency preparedness and response coordination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of public health program experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Strong data analysis and epidemiological skills
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Excellent communication and community engagement abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency response
