Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community health education programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health trends and recommend interventions
- Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community organizations on health initiatives
- Conduct health screenings and immunization outreach events
- Prepare detailed reports on program outcomes and health metrics
- Stay current with public health policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of public health program experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R
- Experience with community engagement and grant writing
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification preferred
