Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and outbreaks
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Manage grant-funded initiatives and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct community outreach and health education workshops
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and non-profit organizations
- Prepare comprehensive reports for city officials and funding agencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficient in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R)
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
