Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in epidemiological data analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's diverse communities and health disparities
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with grant writing and program evaluation
- Valid Illinois driver's license
