Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based health education campaigns for diverse populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify public health trends and threats
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for communicable disease outbreaks
- Develop grant proposals to secure funding for community health initiatives
- Leverage data analytics to measure program effectiveness and ROI
- Train healthcare providers and community leaders on public health best practices
- Advocate for policy changes that promote health equity across Phoenix
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willing to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health reporting regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
