Responsibilities
- Design and execute public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity initiatives
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify trends and inform policy recommendations
- Collaborate with community organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies to coordinate outreach efforts
- Develop educational materials and conduct health promotion workshops for diverse populations
- Monitor program performance through KPI tracking and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Secure and manage grant funding for public health initiatives
- Stay current with public health regulations and emerging health threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Strong statistical analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R/Python
- Experience developing community health interventions for underserved populations
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for community events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
