Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health intervention programs targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and recommend policy solutions
- Coordinate cross-departmental health initiatives with local healthcare providers and community organizations
- Conduct community health assessments and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Manage grant-funded health projects ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Lead public health education campaigns through digital and in-person outreach channels
- Maintain accurate health databases and prepare quarterly performance metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid North Carolina Public Health Certification
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R for statistical analysis
- Demonstrated success in securing and managing health grants
- Experience with health equity initiatives and culturally competent outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Valid NC driver's license with clean driving record
