Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting Mesa communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and emerging threats
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community organizations for outreach initiatives
- Lead health education campaigns on chronic disease prevention and wellness
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct community needs assessments and program evaluations
- Prepare detailed reports for county leadership and stakeholder presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (required)
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Arizona Public Health Certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or similar)
- Experience with community coalition building and stakeholder management
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean record
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency (highly desirable)
