Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community health assessment plans using epidemiological data
- Coordinate cross-sector partnerships for health equity initiatives

- Manage grant-funded public health programs from inception to evaluation
- Lead community outreach and education campaigns
- Analyze health trends and prepare policy recommendations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of public health program experience
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS)
- Experience with community engagement strategies
- Knowledge of Minnesota public health regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Valid Minnesota driver's license
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
