Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health education campaigns targeting underserved communities
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and analyze health data trends
- Coordinate emergency preparedness response initiatives with community partners
- Manage grant-funded health promotion projects and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Provide technical assistance to healthcare providers on public health protocols
- Lead community outreach events and stakeholder engagement activities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in health data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS)
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred
- Experience with grant writing and federal reporting requirements
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation preferred
