Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and analyze health data to identify emerging trends
- Coordinate community outreach initiatives and stakeholder partnerships
- Prepare grant proposals and manage program budgets
- Provide public health education through workshops and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with clinical teams on immunization and screening programs
- Respond to public health emergencies and coordinate crisis communications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with grant writing and federal reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills for diverse community engagement
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
