Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Experience with health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during public health emergencies
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health confidentiality laws
