Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting community wellness

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health program implementation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and public health privacy regulations
