Responsibilities
- Design and execute public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity initiatives
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and recommend evidence-based interventions
- Coordinate community outreach events and educational campaigns across Philadelphia neighborhoods
- Develop grant proposals and manage program budgets for health initiatives
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to implement health strategies
- Prepare detailed reports for public health policy recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) designation preferred
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R
- Experience with community health assessment methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations and stakeholders
