Responsibilities
- Design and implement population health strategies targeting chronic disease prevention
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health disparities and inform intervention planning
- Coordinate cross-sector partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and non-profits
- Develop educational materials and lead community workshops on health topics
- Monitor program outcomes using KPIs and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Advise county officials on public health policy recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in community health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, SAS, SPSS)
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean driving record
