Responsibilities
- Design and implement evidence-based public health interventions for Dallas County communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and outbreak risks
- Develop educational materials and conduct outreach programs underserved populations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
- Monitor compliance with public health regulations and reporting requirements
- Lead health equity initiatives addressing social determinants of health
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced data analysis skills (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
