Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based health education programs targeting underserved communities
- Lead epidemiological investigations and data analysis for public health emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to improve health outcomes
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with county/state regulations
- Conduct health assessments and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Train staff and volunteers on public health protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health experience with community outreach programs
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and budget management
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly desirable
