Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Conduct epidemiological investigations and data analysis to identify health trends
- Coordinate community health initiatives and partner with local organizations
- Manage public health emergency responses and preparedness protocols
- Delocate health education workshops and outreach campaigns
- Prepare detailed reports for county leadership and state health agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R/Excel
- Experience with community engagement and multicultural outreach
- Valid Kentucky driver's license and reliable transportation
