Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and recommend interventions
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Collaborate with community organizations and healthcare providers to deliver health education
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes and community health metrics
- Advise policymakers on public health strategies and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with emergency preparedness and response frameworks
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with diverse audiences
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours during public health emergencies
