Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health interventions for diverse populations
- Conduct epidemiological surveillance and disease outbreak investigations
- Collaborate with community organizations to expand health access programs
- Analyze health data to inform policy recommendations and resource allocation
- Manage grant-funded health initiatives and compliance reporting
- Lead community health education workshops and outreach campaigns
- Maintain compliance with CA Department of Public Health regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SPSS/R
- Experience with community coalition building and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of health equity frameworks and cultural competency
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
