Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health education campaigns targeting vulnerable communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and emerging threats
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Manage grant-funded projects supporting maternal/child health initiatives
- Conduct community needs assessments and program evaluations
- Liaise with healthcare providers and community organizations for resource alignment
- Prepare detailed reports and policy recommendations for county leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and federal compliance
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of Arizona public health regulations
