Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and priority populations
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships for vaccination and health screening campaigns
- Lead community outreach initiatives in underserved neighborhoods
- Prepare comprehensive reports for city council and health department leadership
- Manage grant-funded projects totaling $500K+ annually
- Train frontline healthcare workers on public health protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (required)
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS/R for statistical analysis
- Proven success in securing and managing public health grants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable
