Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health education campaigns targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and emerging threats
- Collaborate with government agencies and non-profits on health equity initiatives
- Manage grant-funded projects related to chronic disease prevention
- Conduct community needs assessments and program evaluations
- Prepare detailed reports for public health policy recommendations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in government or non-profit health programs
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficient in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Experience with community engagement and multicultural outreach
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
