Responsibilities
- Design and execute evidence-based public health campaigns targeting disease prevention and health education
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and inform policy recommendations
- Collaborate with community organizations to deliver health screenings and outreach programs
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes for city leadership and funding agencies
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Manage grant applications and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Strong grant writing and budget management skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for community events
