Responsibilities
- Coordinate COVID-19 testing and vaccination outreach across San Francisco communities
- Collect, analyze, and report public health data using state reporting systems
- Develop culturally responsive health education materials for diverse populations
- Collaborate with community organizations on health equity initiatives
- Support contact tracing and case investigation protocols
- Assist with emergency preparedness planning and resource allocation
- Prepare weekly progress reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years public health or healthcare experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau) and reporting systems
- Experience with community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
