Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Lead community health assessments and epidemiological surveillance initiatives
- Coordinate emergency preparedness responses including pandemic protocols
- Analyze health data to identify trends and inform policy recommendations
- Manage grant-funded health equity projects with community partners
- Provide public health education through workshops and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and social service agencies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of public health program implementation experience
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced data analysis skills (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience with grant writing and fund management
- Strong knowledge of CDC guidelines and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication skills for diverse community engagement
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
