Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health education campaigns targeting diverse populations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for health crises
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify community health trends
- Collaborate with federal/state/local health agencies on joint initiatives
- Manage grant-funded health programs and ensure compliance
- Conduct community health assessments and needs analysis
- Train frontline healthcare workers on public health best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or willing to obtain within 6 months
- Experience with emergency preparedness and response protocols
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish)
- Knowledge of Texas public health regulations and federal guidelines
- Valid Texas driver's license
