Responsibilities
- Coordinate city-wide public health emergency response initiatives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field
- 3+ years of public health emergency response experience
- Valid California Public Health License (PHL)
- Advanced data analysis skills (SPSS/R required)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Vietnamese
- Certified in Incident Command System (ICS-300)
- Experience with community health program evaluation
- Ability to work rotating shifts during public health crises
