Responsibilities
- Develop and execute evidence-based public health initiatives targeting Dallas County's vulnerable populations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for disease outbreaks and health crises
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and resource allocation needs
- Collaborate with community partners to implement vaccination and wellness programs
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for state and federal health regulations
- Train frontline healthcare workers on public health best practices

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in state/local government health programs
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Advanced proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, Tableau)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Experience managing grants exceeding $500,000
- Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred
