Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and municipal regulations for compliance and impact

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of government policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Strong knowledge of Indiana municipal regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Valid Indiana driver's license required
