Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement evidence-based solutions
- Manage stakeholder engagement with community organizations and advocacy groups
- Track federal/state grant opportunities and support application processes
- Monitor policy implementation effectiveness through quantitative analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government policy analysis or public sector consulting
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Deep understanding of Maryland state regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-year projects
- Valid Maryland driver's license (for occasional field visits)
