Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and data to recommend evidence-based solutions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SQL)
- Strong written communication skills with report-writing experience
- Knowledge of local government operations and Austin demographics
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Experience with public budgeting processes
