Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize emergency/non-emergency calls via 911 and administrative lines
- Dispatch appropriate emergency services (police, fire, EMS) using CAD/RAD systems
- Provide pre-arrival medical instructions to callers during critical incidents
- Maintain accurate call logs and incident documentation per protocol
- Coordinate multi-agency responses during large-scale emergencies
- Monitor radio communications and maintain situational awareness
- Perform quality assurance checks on recorded communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during high-stress situations
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Must pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
