- Process emergency calls with exceptional speed and accuracy during night shifts
- Dispatch police, fire, and EMS units using CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain precise radio communication with field units
- Update incident databases in real-time for continuity of operations
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with multi-agency night shift teams during critical incidents
- Participate in continuous training for emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year emergency dispatch or public safety experience
- National Emergency Number Association (NENA) certification
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
