Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for departmental operations including document processing, record management, and data entry
- Assist constituents with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate and maintain departmental calendars, meetings, and event logistics
- Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support community outreach initiatives and public engagement programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and process improvements
- Adhere to all city policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
