- Manage high-volume customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the service counter.
- Process and verify applications for various city programs and permits with high accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for departmental records.
- Assist in data entry and the preparation of routine administrative reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve resident issues efficiently.
- Perform general office duties including photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Valid driverβs license is not required but may be beneficial.
