Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-departmental public service initiatives to improve citizen engagement
- Analyze community feedback data to identify service improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement public outreach programs for underserved populations
- Collaborate with elected officials on policy recommendations
- Manage grant applications and compliance for community projects
- Prepare comprehensive reports for county commissioners
- Lead public forums to address resident concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government or nonprofit experience
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Texas local government regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management certification (PMP) preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification required
