Responsibilities
- Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding city services, permits, and programs
- Process applications and documentation for municipal services with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with multiple city departments to resolve complex resident issues
- Update and maintain citizen databases following strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist with community outreach initiatives and informational campaigns
- Generate daily reports on service requests and resident satisfaction metrics
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to improve service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or public-facing experience
