Responsibilities
- Manage constituent inquiries and resolve complex public service issues
- Coordinate county programs with community organizations and partners

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government or nonprofit sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with constituent relationship management systems
- Ability to work effectively with diverse communities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Valid Minnesota driver's license required
