Responsibilities
- Coordinate infrastructure maintenance projects across 6 city districts
- Manage $2M annual budget for public works operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
- Lead inter-departmental task force for emergency response protocols
- Conduct site inspections and contractor performance evaluations
- Prepare monthly progress reports for city council
- Implement sustainable infrastructure initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Public Administration
- 3+ years municipal project management experience
- Indiana Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS mapping
- Emergency management certification preferred
- Valid Indiana driver's license
