Responsibilities
- Oversee design and execution of municipal infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and coordinate cross-departmental teams
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports
- Respond to emergency infrastructure repairs during off-hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of public works or municipal engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and project management software
- Knowledge of Missouri DOT and federal procurement regulations
- Valid Missouri driver's license
