Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years construction inspection experience
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
- Certification in construction inspection or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with CAD software and field reporting tools
