Job Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct field inspections of construction sites for adherence to municipal codes
- Review engineering plans and specifications for compliance with regulations
- Document findings through detailed reports and photographic evidence
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and city officials
- Issue notices of violation and ensure corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inspection records and project documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years construction inspection or civil engineering experience
- ICC certifications (Building Inspector/Plans Examiner preferred)
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Proficiency with inspection software (e.g., Accela, Cityworks)
- Strong knowledge of ICC codes and Denver municipal regulations
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and physical field conditions
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
