Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections of public infrastructure projects
- Verify compliance with city codes, blueprints, and safety standards
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and city officials

- Maintain accurate records using municipal software systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years construction inspection or related experience
- Texas Class B Inspector certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with inspection software and CAD tools
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and lift 25 lbs
