Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections for municipal infrastructure projects
- Verify construction compliance with blueprints, codes, and regulations
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and city departments

- Maintain accurate records using GIS and digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 3+ years construction inspection or civil engineering experience
- Kentucky Inspector Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with CAD software and inspection databases
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
