Responsibilities
- Conduct field inspections of construction sites for compliance with city regulations
- Review engineering plans and permit applications for accuracy
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and city officials

- Ensure ADA and safety standard adherence
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years construction inspection experience
- Valid California Inspector Certification (BICSI or equivalent)
- OSHA 30-hour Construction certification required
- Strong knowledge of California Building Codes
- Proficiency with CAD and inspection software
- Valid California Driver's License
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
