Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects for compliance with city codes and regulations
- Review engineering plans and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and city officials to resolve compliance issues
- Enforce safety protocols during construction activities
- Manage project documentation and permit compliance tracking

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of construction inspection experience
- Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred
- Strong knowledge of building codes and municipal regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software and inspection reporting tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and physical field conditions
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
