Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects to verify compliance with city codes and blueprints
- Review engineering plans and specifications for public infrastructure projects

- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and city officials to resolve compliance issues
- Enforce safety regulations and environmental standards at project sites
- Manage permit processes and maintain accurate project documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of construction inspection experience in municipal or civil projects
- Valid California Inspector Certification (BICSI or ICC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of California Building Codes, OSHA regulations, and ADA standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and inspection reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid California driver's license
